OUR SERVICES

Evaluate appropriate economic factors affecting the project as well as appropriate financial design criteria. Complete viability study and produce order of magnitude estimate of construction and development costs. This creates a framework and baseline from which to work and to decide if the project is viable or what needs to be done to make it viable.
We will review the documentation programme with the Client after which we will review and evaluate design and outline specifications to exercise cost control for which we will receive all relevant data and cost estimates from all other disciplines to prepare detailed estimates of construction costs and also assist the Client in reviewing the financial viability report. Thus, the detailed estimate of construction costs will be the applicable deliverables for this stage.
During this stage, we will assist the Client in the formulation of the procurement strategy for Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers after having reviewed working drawings for compliance with the approved budget of construction cost. Thereafter, we will be responsible for preparing documentation for both principal and all subcontract procurement packages including Bills of Quantities. Once the successful tenderer is appointed, we will assist in completing the contract documentation. In light of this, Tender documentation for all procurement packages; Tender Adjudication Report and Completed & priced contract documentation will be the applicable deliverables for this stage.
As part of our services for this stage and on a month-to- month basis, we will prepare schedules of predicated cash flow for which we will have to prepare pro-active estimates for proposed variations this enables decision making and also adjudicate, recommend and resolve financial claims by the contractor/s. In keeping with our intention to have a hands-on approach, we will establish and maintain a financial control system which will also entail attending scheduled design and site progress review meetings including preparing valuations for payment certificates and progressive final account of the works. Accordingly, schedules of predicted cash flow; Estimates for proposed variations; Monthly Financial control reports; Monthly valuations for payment certificates and the conclusion of Final accounts for the works ready for signing by the Client will be the applicable deliverables for this stage
